Tutor screening
Tutor onboarding includes identity and qualification documentation, subject suitability review and safeguarding expectations. Additional screening is completed where required and permitted.
Communication boundaries
Tutors should use approved channels, avoid unnecessary private contact with minors and include parents or guardians where appropriate.
Online sessions
Online sessions use approved accounts and professional conduct standards. Any recording is disclosed in advance and handled according to consent and privacy requirements.
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, grooming, sexual content, discrimination, coercion, inappropriate gifts, requests for secrecy and off-platform contact are prohibited.
Reporting
Learners, parents and tutors can report concerns through ClasslyOne support. Urgent safety matters are escalated promptly through the appropriate safeguarding and emergency channels.
Data and images
Do not publish student names, images, work or testimonials without valid authorization. Limit collection of sensitive student information.
Training and oversight
Tutors and staff complete safeguarding orientation, follow reporting guidance and participate in periodic review. ClasslyOne maintains a clear escalation route for safety concerns.
